New site development for commercial apartment housing specifically constructed for Undergraduate housing. Two (2) new four (4) story buildings, housing 720 beds with an overall project value of $21,000,000.
Our Scope of Work included:
- Demolition and removal of existing buildings and trees
- Install building insulation at foundation
- Install vapor barrier
- Mechanical and electrical excavation/backfill
- All SOG prep work
- Asphalt paving, concrete curb and sidewalks
- All parking lot prep work
- All site clearing, all site utilities, parking lot striping
- Excavation and backfill all foundations
- Clean up including sweeping and taking debris to dumpster
- Coordination with other contractors
- Maintain the construction schedule

- dumpster pad & loading dock
- Site grading adjustments-cuts to fill
- Detention ponds construction with outflow pipe, rip-rap, filter fabrics
- All site storm drain piping & structures, loading dock & drain pipe
- All water, sewer, complete to 5'-0" out of building
- Provide excavation/backfill for electrician's conduits, phone, cable, light poles & conduits, trenching & electrical service
