When we first discussed our driveway project with Ansel, it was clear that he had a solid understanding of construction and the issues that surrounded our project. In fact, he pointed out several concerns and made very useful suggestions that we then integrated into our project.
Our driveway is located on a steep slope on the west shore of Cayuga Lake. This was a very challenging project that involved a series of large concrete blocks used for a retaining wall, a ditch was filled with stone, and a culvert over 100 feet long.
As this project moved forward, Anytime Excavating was very responsive to our suggestions and mad a few minor modifications at our request. The project moved along at a very good pace and the entire crew was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and flexible as we traveled in and out of our long driveway.
The final results were above and beyond our expectations and the price was by far the best we found. In addition, Ansel checked back with us a few months later to make sure things were satisfactory.
In an era when customer service is often overlooked, I am very pleased to say that Ansel and his staff still uphold values of customer service, dependability and honesty. I heartily recommend Anytime Excavating to anyone considering a driveway or excavation project.
